Game designer and entrepreneur Arnold Nesis, creator of the heavy metal concept album meets adventure game The Birdcage, has had a long career in music production and composition and has assembled an all-star team of musicians and producers to create this fucked up, dark, melancholic, and wrong love story – his words. The game is a new way to experience music – a music album that is presented as a video game. Imagine a great music video you can fully control and immerse yourself in, while the events and the environment are in a perfect sync with the music. The album will be performed by artists from Guns N’ Roses, Evanescence, Epica, Within Temptation and many others.
Arnold is the founder of Caprica Studios located in Jerusalem; we also talk at length about the challenges of doing business out of that area. Keep up with The Birdcage on Facebook and their Patreon page at patreon.com/thebirdcage.
